Learn to live effectively in the "NOW". If you believe in the saying "practice makes perfect" then why not seriously consider practising something which we all think is difficult to attain and always eludes us. That is because we always link happiness to some object or someone or some situation in the future. Hence happiness becomes conditional and appears to be available subject to the fulfillment of certain pre conditions which are external. Most of us live like this, believe it or not.
I am looking to start a Life Group of seekers & awakened people who want to discuss and share their life experiences with the rest of the group . As the initial effort to organize our Happiness Group I intend to take help from this forum to start a web community till we can manage group meetings in various locations in and around the GTA.
AND YES, IT IS FREE AND PEOPLE FROM EVERY BACKGROUND ARE WELCOME. NO RESTRICTIONS APPLY. LETS GET TOGETHER TO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE IN OUR LIVES.
