Hello friends,
I need advise from all of you.
I need to apply for US Visitor VISA for my wife.
He has PR, but she is not working.
I am having VISA to USA.
Can anyone tell me what documents does my wife need to apply for her VISA.
As, she can't produce Emp letter as she is not working.
Please advise......
Proof of residence, proof of funds, proof of legal status, etc.
If she's not working, then obviously she won't have employment letter.
There is no requirement that you have to be employed to get a visa to the US
