I am Canadian resident I am working in Caribbean since 2000,but I had returning resident paper from Canadian High Commission from 2000 to 2002, but unfortunately Canadian Govt. started now PR Card, which I applied and got approval for PR Card I could not collected Card because when I got appoint to collect the PR Card the always they give me very short notice with is not practical for me to spend lot of money to go there.

My wife and daughter is Canadian Citizen. I am not sure about my situation. Please give me your advice.
