I have experiences of following:

University Lecturer on Asian Studies( specialized area:Buddhist Studies)
Experience times: Full time 2 yrs +

+ Research Assistant in one research center 3yrs + (part time)

Now PhD Research Candidate

Previously (April 2008) I applied as Research Assistant which is not included in the lists of 38 Category.

So could I apply for the PR under the skilled worker as including above given . What may be the chances to get it?
