Is there any bank that offer Job loss insurance?

yea.. you get EI for free so why pay to get any other insurance? There are insurance policies that can be purchased to cover you for job loss but i'd not waste money!

Correct - nothing is free, absolutely nothing.
EI, CPP, Health Care.
If not directly than through taxes.
If not through your taxes, then someone else's.

Some health plans have limited STD and LTD coverage so if the job loss is due to health reasons, some of it may be covered.

But no one will provide guaranteed protection against general job loss (layoff or firing).

For that, you have to live in a communist country and work for the Govt. there.

I believe during certain spans of time in the USSR and Cuba, they used to have full employment.
Not sure how much of that was true employment and how much as disguised unemployment, but they used to claim that back in the 1950s and 1960s.

heheh ok Sorry about that.... When I say free, I guess what I really wanted to say was, we pay taxes etc and as a result we get EI (this i meant free) as compared to spending more money to buy from another source.

technically, your employer deducts EI from your paycheck on TOP of your federal and provincial taxes. Take a look at your paystub.
There are also guidelines for who is eligible to collect EI benefits. take a look at:
