From what i know if am not wrong is that OACETT study manual is part of the exam fee that you pay to write. so there would not be any need to buy it from anyone.
They send the study manual once you have selected the exam date and fees. I am not sure if they have made any changes on how do they conduct exam these days paper based/online when i passed it was a multiple choice exam with a couple of case studies. for more info follow the link which i suspect must be most updated.
