Hello Cd's
I have to relocate to around the dixie /Eglington area at the earliest and would like your inputs based on the following conditions.
1. Looking to rent a 2 bed apartment ASAP. Max. rent is is $1100 (all inclusive with hydro and parking-2 cars). Townhouse around the same rent preferred. Also any rent to own is also welcome. Transglaobe preferred.
2. Good daycare which has vacancy. Able to pay around 700-800 a month
3. Location should be safe and have a hospital not far away.
Since I am not familiar with that area, I look forward to recomendations around that area. since I have a car, I can afford to spread around that area.

There are no apartments on Dixie/Eglinton. There are on Dixie/Rathburn, Dixie/Burnhamthorpe. You will find 2 bedroom in that price range. If not then go to Dixie/Bloor. There are lots of appartments on Bloor St. Not that far from Dixie/Eglinton.

There is a one on Dixie Rd between Eglinton and Eastgate. Peekaaboo is the name i guess.

Dixie Rd is a pretty safe location and bus service is not that bad either. The nearest hospital that i can think of is on Eglinton and Creditview. (Credit Valley Hospital)
Try 300 Mill Rd . @ Burnamthorpe and Mill .. (v close to Dixie ) We found the Apartments to be spacious and well located ... its close to Dixie Eglington as well ... plus you perhaps have the benefit of 2 way commute TTC and Mississauga Transit .
I am sure there must be other options also .
