The London dungeon is an overrated waste of money as is Mme Tussauds. However the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London are wonderful as is the National Gallery and the British Museum.

If you have only two days, take the tourist bus ride.
They stop at all touristy points and you can hop on/off as needed.
You'll want photo ops in all the usual places like Buck Palace, Kensington, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, etc.

Trafalgar Square
Besides it - Covent Garden and other areas close by - London Downtown - Oxford Street / Piccadily Circus .
Tower of London and the London Bridge .
Parliament Square & The Bell Tower
Harrods .
St Paul s Cathedral
Buckingham Palace and on alternate days - changing of guards ceremony ...

Mme Tussauds would eat 1/2 day plus easily .

Look up the Tower Bridge website and try to make it when they raise the bridge.
Kensington Gardens are also beautiful....although Feb may not be the best time to be walking around.

If you are into dept stores then Harrod's and Selfridges also.

But others have given you a good round up.

and the correct name is Tower bridge- London bridge was dismantled and taken to the US and assembled there.

Hey like I am assuming London, UK.

If you are into GMT then a ride to Greenwich to see that clock is worth it. On the way is also Cutty Sark.
More than 1/2 day will go though.
