Hi Folks
My wife & I have hold I-94s that expired a few weeks ago. we are not planning to go to US in the near future. Can someone pls tell me if these I-94s can be mailed to US immigration and if yes, is there an address where I can mail them to.
Thanks in advance for your help,

On a related note, my family members got an I-94 (with a valid US Visitor's visa) valid till sept. 22 nd. 2009 and we visited buffalo once. we thought that we will visit USA again before Sept. and retained the I-94. Now when we planned to visit Buffalo this weekend, we found that we lost the I-94.
Now what do we do? did any CD find themselves in this position (for self or family members while being in Indian passport).
Upon Googling, I found that we might have to try to enter the border and explain things and get a new I-94. Is this the best thing to do?

I hope no US border force person is reading this. one of my friend has US visa and had valid I-94 untill Feb this year. we were hoping to make a trip before expiry date but couldn't. so i called him and asked him when do you want to return your I-94. he said it's in garbage now. he said he never return his I-94 and when ever it expires just shred it and off it goes.
now i'm not sure if he's going to be in trouble sometime but just want to ask do they (US border Force) really check if your old I-94 is returned before issuing new one?
