Well, I have to fess up on something. I'm surprised (pleasantly, I might add) at the speed with which all this has happened considering the size and infrastrucutre issues in India. Its the equivalent of a huge stationary elephant suddently getting up and starting to run, and now its outrunning many of the more nimble animals. About 5 yrs. back, I could'nt imagine something like this. I certainly hope and pray it keeps getting better and better for India, and at the same speed. And I hope and pray that the benefits are reaped by everyone, not a select few.
My dad originally mde that comment the late 90s (about us NRI's standing in lines to get visas to India) and he said that this would happen by 2015. I easliy brushed it off as an emotional viewpoint rather than a rational one at that time. He obviously has a lot more foresight that I do, that's why he's Dad, I guess.

Are you there?
I know what you mean BL.
My younger brother is in the Ad industry in India as an asst director. The past 2 yrs I have been trying to convince him to come here. Nowadays I tend to not pursue the issue. The wait and watch attitude is what I've adopted recently.
