Need advice where to open TFSA and RRSP accounts ,is it viable option.?
It does not matter a lot.
CIBC, RBC, BMO, ICICI, SBI, ..
Should be insured under canadian-banking- .. whatever that name is.
But make sure it's not spread across multiple banks. Fewer the better. Max, may be two banks.
Keep it simple. Keep it easy to manage.

One more suggestion for RRSP. See if your employer match RRSP contribution. Normally employers match 50 % of your contribution upto a maximum of 3% of your salary (Which mean if you contribute 6 % of your salary, your employer will match 3% and if you contribute more than 6 % , employer will match 3 % only). This is just an example. See if you have this benefit with your employer.
Open up an account first with your employer to get maximum benefit of group RRSP.
Additional RRSP accounts can be opened in any financial institution as suggested by Sville.
