the only think i want to make sure is, if i transfer file from quebec to toronto - there will be a delayed ? - or simply paper works

second thing, if i keep file in quebec - then do they consider toronto job as income ?

i have try to look for immigration center in my local community but quebec system is complected - first they dont give much priority to federal programs , second provincial programs more towards francophone - french is everywhere ( thats the only reason i m moving :) :) )

This what I know: I have sponsored my family ( Two person: mother and son- 18 age when sponsor in August 2007. ( Parents and Grandparents October 30, 2006 27 months. This is from your first post.

All right I am with you now. You are sponsoring your SON and his Mother, your WIFE that is. Correct?

After that you will have to tell me who the others are. Let us start all over again.

All I am asking you is to give the CHANGE of ADDRESS to your BROTHERS Place. He lives in the Province of Quebec. You are moving out.

It does not matter where you move within Canada, the file number on the file is the same. The process is currently going through the Quebec offices. The files will get transferred out of Quebec, but it is still Federal Sponsorship. Take a look at the correspondence. See if the files have gone to NEW DELHI. Note the date.

You move to Toronto, like the way you want to. You are working there now. Is your income sufficient to sponsor the parents and Grand Parents too. See the link provided in my post, it will give you the number of dollars required and the number of people in the family.

NOW, is your income sufficient to sponsor, your family (They don't ask for income report for the family but it comes into play when you start sponsoring Parents and Grand Parents et all) They will ask you for the total number of persons in the family and the income level needed to go with it. You have that in my posts. It is the Low Income Cut off Level.

This will be too much for you to go through and understand. SO....

Now Call the number that I have given you, on Monday morning, and explain the whole story and get the correct answers. They will open your files when you give them the file number and your Social Insurance Number. They are there to help you and you write it down and keep it. Ask him to explain slowly as you write it.

If you say that you will move to Toronto and your wife and you will make enough money to sponsor all of the people, but she is not here in Canada now, correct? Then, if you are the only one here in the Province of Quebec who is sponsoring them, then is the income sufficient? I don't want you to give us all of the details and hence I am asking you to contact the number and explain and ask them. They are the best to help you and tell you all about it.

I am out of breath.

Good Luck.

Freddie.

I am sorry Freedie for all miss understanding.

Ok , let me correct, i should hv put all info correct in the begining cause i wanted to know the process while moving.

here is the correct story.

Me and my Wife both here in Quebec.

Then My wife ( as couple ) we sponsor her family - her brother and her mother.

Now , we are both moving to Toronto - financial not a problem

ALL I M CONCERN IS SINCE FILE IS IN QUEBEC WHAT HAPPEN TO FILE AFTER WE MOVE TO TORONTO ?

IF THERE IS LOT OF HASSLE OR DELAYED IN FILE DUE TO MOVING PROCESS THEN I DONT WANT TO TRANSFER FILE AND KEEP THE FILE IN QUEBEC. and we move to Toronto but ( now my brother comes into picture - he has nothing to do with file) but he can keep us updates with any process , like phone call from cic or letter..

NOW ONCE WE KEEP FILE IN QUEBEC AND WHEN CIC ASK FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT CAN THEY CONSIDER TORONTO JOBS ?

I have finally move to Toronto.

I got job and my wife still on Maternity leave till Dec 2009.

My wife made sponsorship for her family ( brother and mom) in Aug 2007 from Quebec.

What should v do ? Is it better 2 transfer file to Toronto or keep file in Quebec, i can transfer my address and keep my wife address in quebec.

when they ask for financial support can i give my toronto job letter and my wife quebec job letter ?

or is it better to transfer file into toronto ?

i check CIC Jan 2007 file is running so i still have to wait 7 month before they start our file.

when do i need to give them financial proof ? how many years of proof required ? what are the documents required for financial support ? job letter , pay stub, etc ( for how may months or years ?)

any help will be appreciated.
