Hi,
I have got PR visa and would be landing on April and Iam coming to canada for a period of 22 days, will complete my landing formalities and return back. However I want to visit my relatives in US.I would be going to US a week after landing in canada but how can I enter canada again since I wont be having PR card within such a short span of time. Will I have any other document which will prove that Iam a permanent resident of Canada?

You must have a US Visa to travel to USA.
So go to USA First.
Then cross over to Canada before the dead line is up. Cross the border either by road or by flight.
Stay here for even just one day. Complete the formalities. You also know that you will not get your PR Card in 22 days.
So, get out of Canada whenever you feel you have had enough. Either to USA or to...
Hope this helps you a little.
Freddie.
