Can someone share some names of good browser hijack removers?

A friends PC got infected and I tried Regrun5 but it didn't help. Internet Explorer still keeps opening strange websites by itself. Also, after 30-60 minutes, the internet connection is blocked by this malware. Internet explorer doesnt open any page at all; you have to boot the computer.
