Can someone help me to download free spyware removal software?

I downloaded lavasoft Adware program. While it scans computer and show items to be removed, it does not allow me to delete items: It requires subscription.

I would appreciate if a link is provided in response

I recently had a Trojan and other spyware attack in spite of having Norton Internet Security installed. Though this s/w identified the attacked and removed it, the attack recurred.
That was when I downloaded the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software from download.com

and it was all good again!
