I am in market looking for 3 row vehicles. Mini Van is obvious choice. But before going in that direction - I want to explore smaller verions.
If any of the Desis here are driving Mazda5 or Dodge Journey. More than performace, if someone can tell me the comfort and leg room in 3rd Row. Infact, not just 3rd but 2nd Row as well, as I think most of the space in 3rd will come by sacrificing some in 2nd.
Mazda5 engineering will ofcourse be better than Journey. But Journey has that SUV feel & an optional AWD.
Any input is much appreciated. More than anything, I am concerned about Leg Room for passengers behind.

HI Maharaj !
I would strongly recommned you to look into Chrysler "Pacifica" ..
Features ,prices and comfort is great . It has been discontinued though so you might not be able to find a new car.
Best of luck

Growing Old Is Mandatory ..Growing UP is Optional
A better option in the "mini"mini van category is the Kia Rondo which has third row seat option and seats 7. I have extensively researched this vehicle and it appears to better choice (and more economical) than the Journey or the Mazda 5

Thanks AshwaniG & freakoutguy for your views.
Pacifica looks gorgeous. But no 2009 is bad.
I have almost dumped Journey ... but added Rondo.
Rondo seems good option. There are better views/reviews of Rondo than Mazda5. Everybody have talked about lack of Power in Mazda5 when fully loaded. And I am going to use 6 seater only when travelling with whole family otherwise my sedan is still good.
Will go and see both these vehicles tomorrow - specifically for room behind 2nd Row including Cargo.

I still have to go checkout Rondo.
I was so hooked up to SantaFE thinking 3 Rows are available in Canada. Outlander is roomy but 3rd Row seats are not cushioned.
I dont want to buy mini Van ... but it seems I'll end up buying that only.

Kia Rondo has lower fuel efficiency compared to some other models....look for safety features too, as insurance rates vary....
Have you looked at Subaru models(all come with AWD) or Toyota Venza, if it is available here?
