Hi all,

Im a SAS Programmer with 3 years of experience. I currently work in Chicago US with L1 visa. Since my project is getting over by this month end. Iam looking to shift to canada and get settled.

I have applied for many jobs which i see in sites like workpolis, monster etc...

But most of the employers are intrested in hiring only people with existing work permit or citizenship. Even i tried many employment agencies also but they are not ready to sponsor for work permit.

Can any one suggest some recruitment agency which sponsors for work permit in canada.

Please let me know.

Canadian system is not like the American System.
Here you need to be a PR / Citizen to get a job.
In the current economy why would a company get in the Hassle of working with someone and get him a Work Permit. Moreover HRDC will never give a approval these days.

As for recruitment agencies, they cannot help rather will mis-guide an individual. They can make money out of nothing.

You best bet is to keep trying through the Web-Sites. Do not get involved with any Recruitment Agency.
