It is like saying that Indian have been angry for years and years that all the good mangoes, all the good basmati rice and all the good cotton clothes are bought away by US of A and they do not get to eat and use the good things they make in their own country?
They (the Americans) have to realise that they cannot have the cake and eat it too - meaning they cannot have high salaries and affordability than the rest of the world and still have low cost of production. They have to give up something - either high standards for all or jobs for some.

You summed it all. It's high time we living in the west stop crying like a baby that 'my job has been outsourced to another country.' If I have the caliber, I can get another one here even if my company decides to ship my job overseas, if not... there is McDonald's around the corner....and learning to flip burgers won't take long...But one thing I should not be doing is wearing a T with 'Bangalored' written on it and crying out loud like a little girl.

I do not know whether I am dumb or our politicians are.
The fact is that India has negative trade balance with USA, meaning that India imports more than exports to USA. Thus India contrbutes to the US jobs. It is China which benefits from USA. If I am correct then Indian embassy has done a poor job (nothing surprising. May be BABU is getting kick and kickback from Chinese). The embassy should highlight such a fact rather than letting NRIs to be victim of misinformation and object of hate. However, it is my firm conviction that Indian politicians and babus are unptriotic guys. I would appreciate if some one enlightens me as to my logic.

To be fair, to American's they have a right to feel some anxiety when jobs get shipped abroad.
When foreign MNC's started appearing in India [initially] it was likewise.
I wonder what will happen when Walmart goes big scale all over India?
