They (the Americans) have to realise that they cannot have the cake and eat it too - meaning they cannot have high salaries and affordability than the rest of the world and still have low cost of production. They have to give up something - either high standards for all or jobs for some.

To be fair, to American's they have a right to feel some anxiety when jobs get shipped abroad.
When foreign MNC's started appearing in India [initially] it was likewise.
I wonder what will happen when Walmart goes big scale all over India?
