Hi
Anybody knows about the failures of Citizenship... What happens with them. Do they receive official letter from office of citizenship regarding reappear in written test?.. or letter indicating regret for not to be successful in the test?
My wife did not receive any reply till today but me and my kids have got Oath letter thet is due on 15 April 09 i.e. tomorrow. Do we need to submit our record of landing paper to them at the time of oath to get citizenship card?
My wife was called for hearing in front of judge but she did not recieve letter to present at oath ceremony. What should she do? What should I do now?
Please reply urgently
Quote:No, they receive a hearing with a judge.

No one will take away your original landing document.
If someone loses it, there is an option to re-order it.
Quote:Yes, that is wrong.

that means someone had given me a wrong information that when you apply your citizenship that time CIC keeps landing paper with them, if you do not ask for landing paper back from them.
