Hi

Anybody knows about the failures of Citizenship... What happens with them. Do they receive official letter from office of citizenship regarding reappear in written test?.. or letter indicating regret for not to be successful in the test?

My wife did not receive any reply till today but me and my kids have got Oath letter thet is due on 15 April 09 i.e. tomorrow. Do we need to submit our record of landing paper to them at the time of oath to get citizenship card?

My wife was called for hearing in front of judge but she did not recieve letter to present at oath ceremony. What should she do? What should I do now?

Please reply urgently

:( :D :cuss:

No, they receive a hearing with a judge.
The judge will attempt to determine their language skills and their knowledge of Canada, citizenship, etc.

You will need to take your passport, PR Card and record of landing.
They will take away your PR Card and give you back the landing document and your passport.
After ceremony, you will get the citizenship card.

She has to go for the hearing, there is no other option.
No need to worry.

So what's the issue with that?
No one will take away your original landing document.
If someone loses it, there is an option to re-order it.

Yes, that is wrong.
They will ask to see your landing paper but will most definetely not take it away.
They will take away your PR Card, if you have one.
