Hi,
Look at the link for the coop program for new comers to get a job in their field. Many people get job through this program.

Your wife could upgrade herself through this program and find a job.
Good Luck!

Modus Operandi,
They would give you a call and say they would help you get a job.
They would meet you once and next time ask you to come with your wife and family.
Then in some way you would be told that your resume, your interview techniques etc needs to be reworked.
They would charge you say for eg $ 5000/- to get you the job.
The break up is almost 80% for the services they render and 20% for the job guarantee ( I forget the exact nos but it is similar to this)
So in event they are not able to get you a job, and you do end up suing them, you can only get 20% of the amount, as the balance is to their services like resume writing, job readyness training etc.
I had this experience with them 3 years ago. I had asked them that yes ,I am willing to pay the money , only after I get the job and I finish probation. They said they would need money upfront. Further the contract they wave on your face, they expect to sign there, do not let you take a copy to read overnight.
The reception would show offices all over the world. IF you ask them for contact info for anywhere else, they / their website has no info.
Please read the links below. and in a nut shell, DO NOT GO TO ANYONE WHO CHARGES YOU TO GET A JOB.
Another point to notice is that very few people who have been in this country for more than a year are contacted by this agency.

Guys,
Hope you are aware that CD does not permit naming names (companies , organisations). CD could be liable to sued and also be compelled to give the IP addresses of the posters who defame companies / individuals and then the posters would be sued by these companies / individuals for defamation. getting money from defamation cases is a very big business in Canada.
So please do use caution in the future and do edit your posts to delete names.
Peace by TK
