I have finally recieved a confirmation from the missisuaga case processing center that the application is now being sent to my home country for processing for my parents (mom and dad) and i have recieved the country specific application package.
I want some help to understand this correctly.
PR application is only to be filled by the principal applicant (my dad)
Schedule1 if to be filled by each (my mom and my dad seperately)
additional family information ( does this have to be filled by both as well)
My parents have two sons, one is me here and the other is independent back home and can not be considered as dependent child, he will not be accompanying them to canada as well.
In this case does he have to fill the sschedule1 and additional family information as well ? I am very confused with this as the appendix says "each family member 18 or older has to fill their own copy" but i am not sure if i should get my brother to fill a copy as well as he is not a part of the sponsorship niether will he be accompanying my parents here.
Please help, I really will appreciate any expert advise.

First of all, congratulations on clearing the first stage.
Regarding the application forms, you father fills in - Application for permanent residnce in Canada(IMM 0008), Background/Declation(IMM 0008-Schedule 1) and Additional family Information(IMM 5406) while your mother fills in just the last two forms.
You and your brother do not have to fill any forms as you are in Canada and your brother is a non-dependent child.

Praveen, Thank You for your assistance with this it, I was unable to get a response to this request anywhere else and this has solved a great deal of confusion.
In the background declaration there is one point which is a YES or NO question about any serious disease for the principal applicant or anyone in the family. My father is the principal applicant in this case and he has had by pass surgery due to angina - I wanted to see if its approriate for me to mention this.
IF i do so - will that effect the application in any -ve way, ofcourse he is around 50 + and he has had this diesaes which he had a surgery for about 10 years in the past. I just wanted to check as i dont want to hurt the application in any way.
I will really apreciate your guidance with this one
