Hi Guys,
What is your opinion on RBC home line of credit (http://www.rbcroyalbank.com/RBC:Rp6z@o71JsUAFTDCsHQ/products/mortgages/homeline_plan.html) and Manulife one (http://www2.manulifeone.ca/en/aboutmanulifeone) and similar products offered by other banks. If I have substantial equity on my current home and want to upgrade. That way we can pay off faster. However, rate is prime+1 now. Any suggestions?

I also learnt that ATB financial is offering 5 year fixed at 3.5%. Are they reliable? I will decide it within a day or two.

ATB Fin is only in Alberta .
