Hi All,
I came to the US to do a Masters and have been living and working here for the past 6 yrs (last 4 yrs on H1B). I am interested in exploring my prospects for a Canadian PR either through the skilled worker catgegory or through some of the other PNP channels I have come to learn about. Having gone through the information on the CIC website, I have the following two questions:
1) Currently I am working as a 'Marketing Analyst' (analytics) and in the past I have worked as a 'Data Analyst', both for two of the largest banks in the US. However I don't see either of these job titles in the list of occupations eligible. Do I stand no chance through the FSW then? Also please suggest which PNP option should I consider.
2) Is it possible to apply both to the FSW as well as to one or more of the PNP programs? I mean is that legally allowed?
Thanks again !!
