I had bring most of the DVD from yog mandir..Ramdev baba speaks about alternative medicine. So this time during our india trip, we bought almost one entire bag.
The result is amazing. My parent was using lots of herbal medicine and we are used to it since childhood, but its prevention.
Only, aruvedic medicine should be pure and need to take with diet and exercise regularly.
I got for thyroid and it works very well. I still need to take my regular medication, but this helps to prevent more problem and higher chances of I dont need medication tomorrow.
And yes, that is true. I tried with exercise, diet and baba's medication and my regular medication.... for months..and the result was It was normal and I had to stop taking medication.

I am a diabetic. I was diagnised diabetis in 2000. Here are my comments based on my experience. Instead of starting medicines I tried to cocntrol sugar levels by yoga and diet. I used Baba Ramdev advise receive through TV shows. I monitored sugar levels regularly and managed sugar levels for 5 to 6 years without medicine. Later due to irregularity in exercise, I had to start my medicines. What I want to add is if you are diagnised for the first time, control your diabetic levels by yoga/exercise and diet. As long as your sugar levels are in control you are good. If your sugar levels are not within normal limits then I think, it is better not to venture with only yoga and diet but start medication. But remember even after starting medication, your yoga and diet control should continue other wise even with medication your sugar levels may not be under control and you need to go from lower dose to higher dose.. insulin injections ...
Botoom line is sugar levels should be within normal limits, if it is possible just with yoga and diet good. I feel managing your weight within accepted limits is very important.
