Can someone please recommend a lawyer or a consultant for preparing TN documents? I need someone whose services has been proven.

Have you been denied TN before? If yes, on what basis? What are your qualifications? What will be your work profile in the US?
Generally you wouldn't need a lawyer to apply for TN. It is rather a simple process and if you you qualify as per NAFTA specifications, should be a cakewalk.
No I have never been refused TN but I was wondering about the format of the appointment letter.

They are very strict about the format of the letter. I've been sent back once regarding the format.
Send me a PM with your contact info, preferably a fax number and I can send the format that I've been using successfully for my TNs. But it will only be beneficial if you are applying under 'Computer Systems Analyst' category.
