I have landed to canada a few months back and am a lover of art. I have 'visharad' in Tabla from gujarat and have participated in various shows and events. I have been a winner in many a competitions too. I have assisted the nine - day navratri groups in Gujarat and 3 day Ghazal shows by artists.

I am keen to use my knowledge and skills in Canada and thus keep my hands on the art i possess.

Anyone who can guide me how to get started into this field and if need some voluntary assistance from me.. please feel free to contact me. Being in a professional job, I am not able to start - up with my hobby. If any openings are there for sunday shows, I will be the happiest person to do that.

Easiest way is to contact temples and let them know you are a tabla player. They will definitely call you for shows. From there you can get contacts for social programs too.
