I went through the whole post. So where are you now? Did you moved to Canada again and got job?
no i am still in india.
And how s your experience been in Canada so far ??

Fido.
It was good. I had to come back to India because of family.
If you have 5 - 8 yrs IT exp, CTC around 10 - 12 lakhs and in entry level management position like PM or Technical specialist, then you need not worry about your current job. You can easily get another job within a month there. Now a days, ppl resign first to complete 3 months notice periods and then start job search in last month. Remember in India, sometimes people consider Indian companies than MNC due to growth. I worked for IBM when it has less than 2000 employees in India. One of my friend got PR recently. He took leave, came here and tried for a month. He didn't get nice offer so went back and continued as PM.
Hello Pokiri,
Nice to know that you worked in IBM,. Actually i'm working for IBM too.
and i m not too worried about getting job ib canada, in 7 years of total exp, i have more canadian work experience. In India i liked relaxed work culture and social circle, like minded people which i wont get in canada. Actually i would loose my PR status if i dont come back to canada. If i ever had Canadian citizenship, i would not have thought of going back to canada. I am happy here in India
Take Care
Hi CDs,
I am alo in the same situation. I spent one year in Canada in 2007 and returned to India as I got good job offer back home on SAP. I am India and doing well. In my 1 year life in Canada ( 2007) I had very tough life and almost with no job except few odd jobs liek working in Call centres and Teaching in SAP Institues on week ends.
My question is how is the market now as for as SAP is concerned? I am SAP SD and PS functional consultant with 5 years of expereince.
TK, I saw your few posting on SAP, pls guide me and also other CDs who are working on SAP can suggest me on this issue. My PR going to expire by 2011.
