We sponsored my parent-in-laws, and will be receiving sponsorship approval within few months, according the processing times displayed on CIC website. My wife is pregnant and we may need assistance from parents, so we would like at least her mother to be here during this time. so thats why I have following questions:
Can we apply for visitor visa while PR application is in-process for parents?
What are the chances of getting visitor visa, assuming that all the requirements for visitor visa application have been met?
Any other complications involved?
What happens when they get medical while they are in Canada?
Any help would be appreciated.
1. We can apply for visitor visa while PR application is in process.
2. The chances are not good because we have demonstrated that we are going to settle in Canada by filing PR application.
3. No complications involved
4. If they get medicals, they can get it done in Canada.
