Hey from where to get Malai in Toronto?

Really difficult to fine one.

I don't think you will get "malai" anywhere...but trying preparing some on your own...get whole milk boil it well let the malai settle on top..or you can also use butter milk.

If you don't have time for all that....just try using "Cream"..not half and half or anything but full cream

Making koftas is not difficult, you can get almost all Indian items here. But swami's original question - Malai - is difficult to get.

I think my wife is using 25% cream to make malai kofta.
That can be found in any canadian store.
