This happened in Brampton a few months ago.This Mallu family bought this semi-detached home from a Punju family.
When the day came for move in they found garbage all over the place, stuff the original family did not want to throw was left behind and More importantly they had pulled the LCD TV mount off the living room wall exposing gaping holes in the living room wall.
When this family protested as the other family was in the last stages they did not bother to respond. When the latter family sent a notice through their lawyer for cost of repair work, no response has been obtained.
The whole move in has been a bad experience for this family.

We have condition in our offer letter that seller has to get that house clean when they move but as read in "horror stories"........if they don't do it then we have to chase our lawyer ...

I moved into my own apartment, paid for carpet installed by tenants with wall full of holes. What can you do and is it really worthit.
All deals can't be smooth, if you get smooth consider yourself lucky.
