One of my friends is looking to hire an outside sales representative in USA and we are looking for a source to search resumes in a particular field. Most of the job sites sell resumes of candidates, but presently we wish to try the free resumes before paying someone a few 100 $$ to send us resumes.

Do any CDs know of databases where resume search is free?

I tried Craigslist, but it is statewise and citywise - we need nationwide search - anywhere in USA.

Will appreciate any pointers.
