TN VISA
Guys i am going to get a TN Visa i already have 3 in the past and going for the 4th one but this time a 3 year TN visa. I usually go to Buffalo peace bride plaza, although i never had any problem but the person their who use to take care of TN Visa has retired.
First of all i am wondering if anyone else has their TN approved recently?
If so where they went?
did anyone just recently renew their Management consultant TN Visa for 3 years and did they change their job description from the last TN Visa?

I want to know that do we have to show computer system analyst experience for 3 years or management consultant experience certificate whether from India or here. How about we have to have have either rented apartment or house ownership also. I got revaluation of certificate done by UFT. Please suggest.

Genuine experience from anywhere should work. They WILL ask for experience letters, specially if are not a CS or IT graduate (If applying under CSA category).
Regarding your other question, they have never asked me if I own or rent a property in Canada.
