is there any ayurvedic treatment for cervical spondylosis? i have been working on computers for the past 12 yrs or so (10 hrs a day). now suffer from minor neck pain.

first of all, stop sleeping on pillows. start sleeping without pillows. this will reduce half your pain. secondly, consult orthopaedic doctor/yoga and they will show you simple excercise to do twice everyday. (only 10 mts excercise).
when there is severe pain apply voltaren pain killer or moov spray and keep hot water bag on the neck and sleep till pain subsides. I understand your pain because I also go through same pain.

Do not sit on revolving computer chair.

i was suffering when was in college did accupressure for a year and the pain vanished for good ,so try taking a cloth clip (u will get it in dollar store)and press the area between ur thumb and first finger with the clip for abt few seconds and slowly increase the duration to abt a minute ,should be bearable to you ,with this you are giving accupressure to your nerve that passes blood to your spine and back ,but you have to be patient and you will see the result
