i m filing up my PR renewal application, my PR is expiring next month, I became resident in Oct 2004 and i was not issued IMM 1000 that time(should i contact CIC for this?)but i was issued PR card instead,i have 1 paper in passport which is 5292, can some one confirm how many pages should be in 5292, the only paper i have says "5292 part 3" on it, just want to make sure if there are more parts to this documents?Any one know if there are any sample picture of this document available so i can take alook.
Also when i go to pickup the card do they ask so many questions since i am very bad in remembering dates

Document 5292 is only one page.
When you go to pick up your PR card, they will only ask for a photo ID and your expired PR card, same will be mentioned in the pick up letter.

i don't drive so should i get the DL since i don't have one, or are there
any other photo id's acceptable, will OHIP card can be used?

DL is not a must, not sure about OHIP card.
Your PP and old PR card should be enough along with document 5292.
