Yours is certainly an interesting situation...

Just out of curiosity, which job classification are you planning to qualify under, since there's no classification for a stock trader.

FIRST U UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF IMMIGRATION. U R TRANSFERING UR WHOLE LIFE FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER PLACE BECAUSE U HAVE SOME PROBLEMS AT UR CURRENT PLACE.

SO APPLYING IMMIGRATION MEANS U CAN NOT LEAVE UR FAMILY ALONE AND SETTLE UR LIFE IN ANOTHER PLACE. THEY ARE CALLED DEPENDENTS. THEY MUST BE WITH YOU UNTIL UR LIFE ENDS. OTHERWISE U ARE CALLED INDEPENDENT MEANS U MUST HAVE A LEGAL DIVORCE YOUR WIFE.

SO IF U HAVE FAMILY, U MUST DISCLOSE THEIR DETAILS TO THE GOVERNMENT AND APPLY FOR THEM TOO. IF U NOT TAKING WITH U AFTER GETTING VISA, THEN IT IS YOUR MATTER OF CONCERN.

THE ABOVE IMMIGRATION RULE IS CLEARLY DEFINED IN THE APPLICATION BOOKLET. NOT INLUDING FAMILY DETAILS IS ILLEGAL AND COULD CAUSE REJECTION OF UR APPLICATION OR LATER WHEN THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS U WILL BE PROSECUTED.

Hi Abu_siraj

I would not agree with you, due to many reason, for example, principal applicant may not apply with family becos

1. Initial Cost for family, without knowing the eligibility for the Self

2. Kids may have to complete the current school sessions

and many more

regards
Rajanat
