while landing, landing officer did not enter last name of my daughter and myself on landing papers, due to which We received PR also without our last name. I asked cic about this and they have sent amendment documents to us. In that, they have asked us to send atleast two documents like proof of DOB,marriage certificate,passport copy or birth certificate but I have to get it certified by accountant,lawyer or doctor or MP.

My question is do these professionals charge you for certification as true copy?
how much do they charge? since I have six documents to certify.

Contact the settlement agency near you. They will have or they will direct you to the settlement agency which has lawyer service for attestation. This is a free of charge service. I had got it done for my certificate copies as I had posted earlier.
