Hi Guys,
I just moved in from UK 2 months back. I have a UK Drivers license and I want to exchange and get the ON drivers license.
But since I came in here, the drive test is on strike.
I heard 777 bay street is open for business. Does any one know if I can get the license. Please help.
Thanks.
Drive Test's website http://www.drivetest.ca says it will be updated when the strike is over and that is where you can exchange the license.
Do not confuse it with Service Ontario or MTO. They provide the services listed at http://www.ontario.ca/en/services_for_residents/ONT04_020860

One of my friend went to Toronto Downtown bay street service ontario location wrote the drivers license written test and got a G1 last week. So I was wondering if I am able to get my license. Thanks
You may be able to get G1 (learning license, cannot drive alone) from that location. Check with them though it will be beneficial for you to wait until strike is over.
