Hindi movies downloading/uploading in Canada

I just wanted to ask whether it is legal to download AND upload hindi movies in Canada according to the Canadian copyright laws?

it is much stricter here than in india. by that token it is not legal but everybody does it.

hey can anyone suggest me a good site where u can watch online movies , specially hindi movies, i miss them a lot !!:(

And if u have any access usernames and passwords of any online hindi site , can u let me know ...

its not worth the effort to download Hindi movies. Its much easier paying a dollar and renting the movie from the Indian stores. Look around there probably is an indian store nearby.
