The best place to try is Gerrard Street - I am not sure they rent it or not.

Hmm... not sure my friend.... are you familiar with the desi shopping areas n stuff? You may want to try Gerrard Street (@ coxwell) or Albion (@islington) there's lots of little shops there wedged between all those grocery stores, restaurants and jewellers!
Anyway, you can ask them about renting, or you may just want to buy some cheap dresses as I dont know if it will be that much more than renting from another place? Costume rentals are kinda expensive usually and my guess is you may be better off just buying...
