Hi Rainforest,
It all depends on your background.
It varies from person to person.
If you are a CA or ICWAI back home then it's not a big deal to comply with the requirements of AP.
You may need to devote on an average three to four hours a week.
However SLP is totally different. It's based on case studies and takes considerable time to cope up with the weekly assignment.
If you need more details and informations, you may send me a PM.

Hi Voltrex,
If someone is CA or ICWAI back home, how it will help without local certification?
The CA or ICWAI degree will definitely help to get exemptions for preliminary study requirements for pursuing CMA.
I have seen people around me including myself pursuing CMA having CA / ICWAI back home.
I would appreciate if you could let me know a short cut instead!
