Your act of adopting a child that is in need of such help is noteworthy. The process and the rules behind it are very stringent and the people that could help you with such adoption should understand such a gesture. They should help you knowing the needs of the child and your desire to adopt such a child and go through the process to a successful completion and that is the only way you will come up with a winning solution.
