I fully agree with you.
But at same time it is sad that Hindu leaders to not utilise this freedom given by constitution of India. They will bend over backwards to appease the minority.

I disagree with you about the statment "terrorist", as the op is expressing his opnion but not terrorising any one.Ontop of it he sound to me as "Donot bother about every stupid thing which is not going to improve the world or lives"

Dec. 12: Union minister of state for railways and Muslim League leader E. Ahmed refused to light a kuthuvilakku, a traditional Tamil custom for observing auspicious occasions, at a national seminar.
The minister, who flew into the city on Saturday especially to inaugurate the seminar on ‘Status of Infrastructure’, organised by the Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, caught the other dignitaries offguard when he declined to accept the candle offered to him to light the kuthuvilakku on the podium.
One of the organisers told this newspaper that the minister refused to light the lamp because it is an un-Islamic action.
“The Muslim community does not light lamps. It is against Shariah, the code which governs Islam,” said another. IJCCI president N. Krishnaswami told this reporter not to make an issue of this.
Some time back, Mr P.K. Kunhalikutty, a Muslim League leader who was Kerala’s industries minister, courted controversy when he refused to light the lamp while inaugurating a state function at Thiruvananthapuram.Noted playback singer K.J. Yesudas,
“It is a barbaric action by this minister who is part of the Congress-led coalition in the Centre,” said a prominent TN Congress leader.
I do not find this offending. If Harper ties thread, it is to garner votes. I do not see his pictures with thread all the time. E. Ahmed is trying to please his constituents. I do not think that all Hindu think his action was bad. If that was the case, how come such politicians keep getting elected? It is just VM and few others who are agitated. I think it is the time VM and his friends realize that Islam will dominate Indian politics in the years to come . Whether one likes or not, in democracy , numbers matter and in that area Islam is more organized and can make or destroy political future of any politician. Be realistic and move on.
