In your occupation, you run your own show. To do that you have to apply for a equivalency test and pass it. Then comes the internship, then you get a full blown qualification. That will give you a shingle to hang on the wall.
If you want to hang a shingle, you must qualify first. The piece of paper is worth a lot of bucks. Hang on to it dearly. All of this takes time and they will ask you for all of what you posted here, before you edited the stuff, and then some.
There is plenty of material posted here for you to do the search and read. It will make you cringe. Have you played Snakes and Ladders? Well first find it and then read the materials, and then decide. If you have enough dough to get you going for six or seven years, then, you will weather the storm.
I know the language I am using is tough to understand. But that is as simple as I can make it.
Freddie.

Arranged employment or deranged employment.
Doctors from non western countries have no chance to practice until they get local accredition..
Nonwestern or western is going to make no difference because both of them have to get local license.
Some doctors are issued restricted license where they can practice but they have to clear their exams before a certain date (like 2 years or so). I do not know the full details but I think that information can be obtained from CPSO.
