I think with growing number of members and the wealth of information found on the site, its time to take a appearance change.. i would req mod's to enhance the website so that its more better and easy to navigate...its not that something wrong with this website but only a suggestion as all good things come in nice package...let me know about your thoughts on this..

members can suggest what improvements they would like to see on the new website..

Thanks Garvo..my suggestion would be to provide a chat feature so that fellow desi's can interact with others in real time...also a feature where one can get a digest of daily discussions on their email's...
Also can you make this thread as STICKY...so ppl can continue to provide valuable inputs..thanks
