We have applied for family sponsor Aug 2007 , then we received acknowldement letter.

Now we move to Toronto from Montreal. Trying to chance address but not able to change online since we don’t have BN number yet. Try online using PR card, Landed paper information etc.. but no record.

We send letter month ago for change of address and no confirmation yet from immigraiton ? how do we know if they have actually change the address ?

Is there any othe way that we can change address ?

I was in a similar situation and got my address changed by calling the call centre. You could call them to check if your address has been changed.

Yes , i call them and finally i was able to chance the address...

before when i called a 2 months ago, i was told by REPS that i had to send them written letter with proof and Fees receipt..

its good that i called , cause they still have my old address on file. now its change.
