Hi, I'm looking to get CAIP notes for my friends application for independent class . he applied in 2004 and still awaiting any kind of response from the high commission in New Delhi .I'm a Canadian citizen and from what i understand i can request the information on his behalf .
I'm looking to get information on the application procedure and documentation requirement for the same . Any relevant information shall be highly appreciated . not looking to get info on the so called CAIP notes experts rather looking info to deal with the CIC directly . thanks and regards

thanks however i'm looking to deal with CIC not with a company which has a US telephone # and Canadian address

You need to have written authorization from your friend for applying to get CAIPS notes and there is a form to do that. You will also need to send $5.00 cheque and send them to privacy commissioner Ottawa.
