Taking an unexpected break to jump into the washroom is understandable but replenishing with coffee, intimidating the resisting passengers and swearing is totally unacceptable.
This incident needs an investigation and the union policies should be revised. At last, it is the not the union who pays from their pockets but the tax payers, Representation from the tax payers should be part of this investigation.
Though I had a quick glance of the news, I am certain more details would be revealed as this progress.
Lame reasons to come.
1. Couldn't hold the need to go to washroom (can't deny).
2. Body sugar was low, needed a drink to continue to work (you could carry in such case).
3. Fatigue. (Oh!!)
