If you want to get rid of Bell then this is what you should do

Take Internet for 1 Year from Acanac - You will have to Pay 18.95 + 8 for the Dry Loop every month.

Get the VOIP Adapter from somewhere. Will cost you around 77.

Get the phone from Freephoneline.ca Pay 50 to setup + 19 to transfer the phone.
If anything goes wrong with Freephoneline.ca the VOIP box is yours and you can go with any VOIP company.
