4 months ago I got P + 0.20 for a variable open from a big 5 bank. At that time that was the best rate. Infact 2 banks were offering that rate. Offcourse since then things have changed.

you can get variable rate Prime -0.50 that is mostly case but if u hv good raport you can even lower it down.
