I Got married last week in India and even before our marriage my wife got a visitor visa for Canada for 6 months. She came with me to canada. Now I want to sponser her from with in Canada will I be able to do that??? or will She have to go back and then apply for Sposorship.

yes, you can sponsor her from within Canada.
